- How many systems it connects to. One inbox, accounting system, helpdesk or document store each counts as one.
- Your volume.
- Requirements such as single sign-on, a security review or more environments.

Care plans
Optional, per system, billed quarterly. Three levels: Essential (next working day), Growth (within 4 working hours), Partner (same working day). Response times count Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 India time. Minimum one quarter, then 30 days' notice.
Payment
Blueprint: paid upfront (bank transfer or card). Builds under US$10,000: 50% at signing, 50% when the agreed target is met. US$10,000 and over: 40% at signing, 30% at the mid-point demo (due when the demo is delivered, not on its results), 30% when the target is met. Invoices are due within 7 days. Builds are paid by bank transfer.
Running costs and tax
Cloud and AI usage are billed by your provider directly to you; your quote includes a monthly estimate. Business clients only. Prices don't include any VAT or GST you may need to account for.
For agencies
I build white-label, with no Hadavin name on anything your client sees. My trade price is 50–60% of list, set per deal, and you set your own resale price. A mutual NDA, and no other restrictions.
Questions
What people ask first.
Is the client portal extra?
No. Every quote includes it. Which pages it has grows with the build size; the quote lists them.
What don't you take on?
Regulated work that needs a certification or licence I don't hold, such as HIPAA health data, card payment data (PCI), or financial, medical or legal advice. Also hiring, tenant, credit or insurance decisions, web scraping, and systems that act on important things without a person approving. I'm not SOC 2 audited.
Who builds it?
I do. Hadavin is a one-person studio. You talk to the engineer who builds your system, from the first call.
Where are you based, and when can we talk?
India, with flexible hours: calls are at a time that suits you, early or late in your day if needed, in the US, UK, Canada or Australia. Replies and care-plan response times are counted Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 India time, except Indian public holidays.
What if you disappear?
The code lives in your repository and runs in your own cloud account. You get a runbook. Nothing depends on my servers, so another engineer can take over.
Who owns the code?
You do, after the final payment. A few general parts that I reuse across projects stay mine, and you get a permanent licence to use them.
We don't have a cloud account. Can you still help?
Yes. I set one up in your company's name. You own it from day one and pay the provider directly.
What access do you need, and can I remove it?
Access through a role you create in your cloud account. Your account's own logs show everything it does, and you can remove it at any time. When a project or care plan ends, my access is removed the same day.
What happens to our data?
In the live system, it stays in your cloud account. The AI model runs there too: Claude on Amazon Bedrock by default, or the provider you choose. Amazon Bedrock doesn't use your data to train models. For the sample check or Blueprint I work on 20–50 examples you choose, under a mutual NDA and a data processing agreement, and I delete my copies when the check ends. I don't keep copies of your data.
What if the target is missed?
Only the final payment depends on the target. If the build doesn't reach it by the delivery date, I keep working at my own cost until the extension date. If it still doesn't, the final payment isn't due and the build isn't switched on for live use. The first payment covers the work done and isn't refunded, unless I cancel or don't start the work (then I return it in full) or your local law requires a refund.
What happens after go-live?
For 30 days after go-live, I fix free anything that stops meeting the agreed checks, including a model retirement. After that, an optional monthly care plan (billed quarterly; minimum one quarter, then 30 days' notice), or fixed-price changes when you need them. New requests are fixed-price changes.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. I sign a mutual NDA before you share anything, and a data processing agreement when personal data is involved.
How do payment and currency work?
